‘Pandora’

‘It seemed as if a sudden swarm of winged creatures brushed past her’
by Arthur Rackam (1867 – 1939 English)

This card is about curiosity, and about unexpected discoveries. It is also about consequences, and consequences of consequences. The Pandora card is about careful choice, deliberate action and consideration of those choices and actions – before they are made or done. It is about becoming careful instead of careless, proactive instead of reactive, of assuming a more conscious and responsible manner in one’s movements about the world, interactions with people and greater awareness in one’s life. This card reminds us everything affects everything, and is affected by everything, so mindfulness is the best path forward.
