‘Fairyland’

‘Fairyland’
by Edward Reginald Frampton (1870 – 1923 British)

This card is about perceptions, dream and what we call reality. Fairyland is as much a place as it is a way of seeing, that life and living is as much a miracle, a surprise, a waking dreaming as it is anything else. Fairyland challenges our description of the world around us, allows magic and wonder and mystery all to seep like light through the cracks of day to day living, enchanting us. This card says ‘wake up’ to the beauty around us always, to take a moment as a meditation to see that which is in front of us, to feel that which is surrounding us, the magical reality behind, inside, permeating the day to day world and tasks we fill our days with.
