How to Not Piss Off a Fairy

So this is a ‘shout out’ to Juniper Rose for her video ’13 Rules To Keep You Safe Before You Begin Faerie Magick’. I ran across this video recently and enjoyed her presentation very much. It was light, informative, sincere and fun.

Several parts resonated with me, in particular the discussion about how important respect is when dealing with the fae. My take on it is that they are ancient beings, finely attuned to their world and just don’t tolerate insult or insubordination. The average persons are like school children to them; they tolerate us like we deal with clueless kids.

I don’t know, I’m stumbling on words here, but there is more. I mean there are fairies, and then there are the fae, beings of condensed incarnations, maybe of dream quality, maybe of vibrational spectrum outside or alongside our world, maybe some other description – but they are old, they are wise, and as such do not tolerate fools. Respect is fundamental, being in the presence of fae is standing before depth, mystery and perhaps majesty, much like standing on the edge of a cliff, be careful.

Anyways the video is fun, I hope you enjoy it as I did.
And I did buy some honey, not sure if that was a good idea or not, a few garden fairies might be ok, a fae might be something different altogether. And remember I write with tongue in cheek, and maybe not.
